Community Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all creators and subscribers on Tidnum. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not post or distribute content that:
- Is sexually explicit, contains nudity, or is pornographic in nature
- Constitutes, depicts, promotes, or involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexual exploitation of minors in any form. Any such content will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- Depicts or promotes violence, abuse, or harm to any person or animal
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or targets any individual or group
- Promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Depicts or promotes illegal activity of any kind
- Infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems
- Constitutes spam or unsolicited advertising
2. Creator Standards
As a creator you agree to:
- Deliver the content and benefits you promise to your subscribers
- Not misrepresent yourself, your identity, or what your membership offers
- Not use Tidnum to solicit funds under false pretenses
- Not impersonate any other person, creator, or brand
- Keep subscriber data confidential and not use it outside of Tidnum
3. Subscriber Standards
As a subscriber you agree to:
- Not share, redistribute, or reproduce a creator's paywalled content outside of Tidnum
- Not use the platform to harass or abuse creators or other subscribers
- Not attempt to circumvent paywalls or access content you have not paid for
4. Minor Safety
Tidnum has zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. Any account found to be producing or distributing such content will be immediately terminated and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
5. Reporting Violations
If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the report button on the relevant post or profile. We review all reports and take action where warranted. You can also contact us directly at legal@tidnum.com.
6. Enforcement
Tidnum reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts for violations of these guidelines at our sole discretion. Decisions regarding enforcement are final. Repeat or severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
